MOC-162509 Medieval Tavern

Introduction to MOCs:

The Medieval tavern is MOC using only parts and spare parts from the Medieval Blacksmith set 21325. It reuses some structures from the original set such as the tree, the roof, and roofs gables/rakes while changing most of the other parts of the building. The ground floor contains the kitchen with a separate entry door and a stove, a staircase leads to the main tavern floor. The tavern floor has a bar, table, chairs, a sofa and a small privy (does not fit a minifigure unfortunately). The rafters are decorated with swords, helmet, shields and a spear. The red original light brick is placed in the chimney which is hollow and can be activated by pushing down the top of the chimney. The entrance to the tavern floor is from the staircase on the outside which passes the horse stable.
